The award winning Heartstrings Cello Ensemble consists of young cellists dedicated to providing concerts and performances to benefit domestic and international missions.
With a heart to share God's love, they are excited to use their music as a tool to positively impact the local and global communities. They have appeared at venues throughout New York, including monthly performance at The Mount Sinai-Roosevelt Hospital. They also played at The Korean Community Services gala event in Flushing, NY.
Heartstrings Cello Ensemble began its mission in the spring of 2013. They have performed in churches and numerous venues throughout New York and New Jersey to support local community events and global mission fields, such as in Kenya and India.
Current cellists are enrolled in the precollege divisions of The Juilliard School and The Manhattan School of Music. Members are winners of classical music competitions on the local, national and international stage.
